… The way to Santa Fe! working our way across New Mexico. Just stopped a bit ago at a huge casino/truck stop, and a little before that we drove by what has to be the town from the movie "Cars". A little forlorn looking exit with a sign that says Historic Route 66, with a little town way off in the distance.

Headed East towards New Mexico. We have a long way to drive today, headed up to Denver. we have a lot of hills to crawl through, and this heat sure isn’t helping. The scenery is stunning however.
